Directions for use
- Use: Mix the colouring into a water-free preparation, allowing time (+/- 3 min) for the microparticles to dissolve. Avoid baking/cooking above >100°C. Intended for confectionery, decorations and fillings. Not permitted in fine bakery products. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not put in the eyes. Maximum permitted dosage: 0.25 g/kg. Store away from light in a cool, dry place. Close tightly after use.
